The timid feather soars into the sky:

I was born in 1972, the second daughter in my family. I was a left-behind child for two years in my childhood. I was introverted and timid as a child, but since elementary school, I have been a bright spot and became the "child of other people's families" in the eyes of everyone. After graduating from college, I joined Procter & Gamble, and in the first ten years after joining, I quickly grew from a management trainee to an associate director, starting a rapid rise in my career.

Low moments:

After my son was born in 2006, I struggled between being a workaholic and a mother. The imbalance in my life and the deviation in the company culture made me question the meaning of my busy work. In 2011, I resolutely pressed the pause button and applied for a three-month unpaid vacation. In the process of spending time with my family, traveling around the world, and visiting close friends, I realized that I had to rebuild the boundaries of my life and find a balance between different roles. Only by pleasing myself first can I pass on more beauty and positive energy to others.

An act of courage:

From 2011 to 2019, I led the most important global quality system transformation of P&G, and also realized my career dream and financial freedom. In 2019, at the peak of my career, I took the initiative to give up the glamorous title and high salary. I deeply realized that time is the most precious wealth in life. In the next few decades, I will choose health, family, freedom and fun as the most important values.

Bloom again:

After leaving P&G, I devoted myself to the field of psychology that I love and became a professional coach. After hundreds of coaching practices, I found that many people, like me, are full of beauty and positivity, but sometimes they get into trouble. The key to unlocking the "fetters" lies in the wisdom in our hearts. Coaching is like a good book or a movie. The value we bring is to light up a person's inner wisdom and strength, and to accompany those who are willing to change to realize their mission and dreams.
